Production Line: Intelligent Lean Manufacturing System
With "Lean Intelligent Manufacturing, Quality as the Core" as our guiding principle, we have built a full-chain modern intelligent production system covering the full range of filling machines, capping machines, and labeling machines. We achieve full end-to-end independent control from precision machining of core components to complete machine assembly, debugging, and pre-shipment inspection. With standardized, digital and flexible production capabilities, we build stable, high-efficiency, and compliant automated packaging equipment for customers worldwide.
Full-Chain Precision Machining Layout
We have introduced a full suite of intelligent processing equipment, including imported CNC machining centers, high-precision lathes, milling machines, and grinding machines, enabling micron-level machining accuracy for core components. All critical core parts, such as metering pump bodies for filling machines, servo modules for capping machines, and transmission mechanisms for labeling machines, are independently machined and manufactured in-house. The main body of each complete machine is constructed from food-grade 304/316 stainless steel, in strict compliance with GMP hygiene standards and EU CE safety regulations. It can fully meet the stringent production requirements of multiple industries including food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, and chemical sectors, laying a solid foundation for equipment quality from the source.
Standardized Intelligent Assembly Lines
We have built a Class 10000 dust-free and anti-static assembly workshop, implemented modular assembly processes and a standardized operating system, and formulated dedicated assembly procedures and calibration standards for filling machines, capping machines, and labeling machines respectively. The core technicians of our assembly team all have over 10 years of assembly experience in the packaging machinery industry, and strictly implement the management and control model of "single-process verification, full-process traceability". This ensures that the component fitting accuracy and operational stability of every piece of equipment meet a unified high standard, realizing the leap from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing".
Full-Process Strict Quality Control System
We operate in strict accordance with the ISO9001 international quality management system, and have established a three-level full-process quality control mechanism covering "incoming inspection - in-process inspection - finished product inspection". For incoming raw materials, we implement strict supplier qualification review and full-item performance testing, and core electrical components are sourced from world-renowned first-tier brands such as Siemens and Schneider. During production, we implement cross-inspection between processes and special re-inspection to eliminate non-conforming products from flowing into the next process. Before delivery, finished products must pass a full set of performance tests, including 72-hour continuous load aging test, three-coordinate accuracy inspection, filling accuracy calibration, capping qualification rate test, and labeling accuracy verification. The qualified rate of complete machines is stably maintained at over 99.8%, and each piece of equipment is supplied with a complete test report and factory certificate.

We have invested heavily in building a professional R&D and testing center, equipped with a complete material simulation testing platform, high-precision inspection equipment, multi-working condition load aging testing system, and performance verification laboratory. It can conduct full-scenario simulation tests based on the material characteristics, production environment, and working condition requirements of different industries.
